Fun Fast and Fabulous Food Book by Alison Taafe

The Fun, Fast and Fabulous Food book is organised into 12 easy- to- follow chapters. Each chapter relates to a particular menu that is suitable for a particular occasion. For example; whether it’s having the girls around for a dinner party or merely friends over for a barbecue. In each chapter I have included a menu, drink suggestions, recipes, a shopping list and the best thing of all; a timetable for you to follow which will prove to be a godsend for you all.
Even though I am a very experienced chef, I still look for fun, fast and fabulous ways of producing food at home for dinner parties without too much stress. I am continually searching for food and dishes that take the minimum effort to produce the maximum ‘wow’ factor.
I am going to let you into a few secrets of the trade, ok?
So I really hope this book is of a great help to you and proves to be well worth the money that you paid for it.
Good luck and enjoy!
Leftovers Magic

Are you sick of seeing all the master chefs on TV who probably don't know what it's like to rush home every night and serve up an appealing meal to their families?
Do you think they have to worry about preparing and planning meals on a tight budget in record time? Let's face it, most of us are in a perpetual rush and are very time poor and usually the last thing we want to do when we get home from a really busy day is create a masterpiece from scratch that takes hours to prepare.
Are you sick of reheating boring leftovers that adorn your fridge? Don't know what to do with too much cooked chicken, rice or vegetables? How about too much ham, not to mention the eternal turkey at Christmas that seems to go on and on?
If all this sounds familiar, then this is definitely the book for you. Celebrity chef, author, educator and food consultant Alison Taafe will show you how you can turn all your leftovers into culinary masterpieces that your family is sure to love.

I first encountered Alison Taafe’s inimitable enthusiasm in 2001. The force of her personality and hospitality shines, yet Alison has no airs and graces and is warm and natural with everyone, be it one of her apprentices or President Ronald Reagan!
As for her food, her dishes have both a tasteful elegance and an unfussy, uncontrived appearance. Whilst her creations can be provocative, you also feel, ‘Yep, that makes sense.’ Think panna cotta with champagne-poached pears. It’s an ethereal dish where the total is more than the sum of the parts.
In Fun, Fast & Fabulous Food Alison provides a safety net for those embarking on the culinary tightrope of cooking for guests. Her personal style is based on simple logic that can be employed by anyone who simply loves great food. Her passion for her metier shines through every page of this book, and it is an essential addition to a home cook’s library.
