About the School of Culinary Excellence
After 14 years as a Leading Vocational Teacher of professional cookery at Southhbank Institute of Technology, Alison Taafe has finally opened her own private cooking school called 'Alison Taafe's School of Culinary Excellence' at Logan in Brisbane.
Alison offers a range of courses including full Apprenticeship and Traineeship training in Cert III Hospitality (Commercial Cookery and Hospitality/Catering Operations) which is open for registered full time, part time and school based apprentices and trainees. In 2012, Alison also will be continuing with her highly successful '12 Culinary Scholarship' with 30 places on offer. Application forms will be available on this site in January 2012.
Alison also teaches private cooking courses for the non professional chef such as 'Amateur Chef School' (in conjunction with Learn Cook Dine Cooking School) and you may also join one of Alison's private classes which she holds regularly on a wide range of food topics or book her for your next corporate team building events.
